Red Zones Privacy Policy
Red Zones is a political and strategic game. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and how players can contact us.
Information We Collect
- Account identifiers, login provider information, nickname, citizen ID, public profile data and session data.
- Gameplay data such as region, residency, party, state, wars, elections, factories, market actions and wallet ledgers.
- User-generated content such as chat messages, articles, comments, uploaded image metadata, reports and support tickets.
- Moderation and safety records, including sanctions, appeals and fraud-prevention logs.
- Purchase records needed to grant virtual goods and resolve payment support requests.
Location
With your permission, Red Zones may use your device location once during account setup to place your first residency near your real-world region. We do not use background location tracking. If location permission is not granted, the game uses a fallback placement flow.
Payments
Mobile purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Web purchases may be processed by Stripe. Red Zones does not store full card numbers. We keep transaction references needed to deliver gold, premium time and support.
Moderation
Player content may be reviewed by moderators or administrators to enforce rules, handle reports, prevent abuse and keep the game safe. Players can report content and block other players in the game.
On-demand Translation
When you choose “See translation,” the selected player-written text is sent to our translation provider only to return the requested translation in your chosen game language. Translation results may be cached temporarily to improve speed and reduce repeated requests.
Data Retention
We keep account and gameplay records while your account is active. Some logs may be retained after deletion if needed for fraud prevention, financial records, safety enforcement, legal obligations or dispute handling.
Your Choices
You can request account deletion from Settings inside the game or by emailing us. You can also contact us about privacy, safety, moderation or purchase issues.
