Delete Your Red Zones Account

You can request account deletion in either of these ways:

1. Open Red Zones, go to Settings, then open Terms, Privacy and Support. Select Request account deletion.
2. If you cannot access the app, email support@redzones.io from your account email and include your Citizen ID.

An in-app request starts a seven-day grace period. The app shows the deletion deadline and remaining time. You can cancel from the same screen at any point before processing starts. If you do not cancel, deletion starts automatically when the grace period ends; no administrator approval is required.

At deletion, sign-in identities and sessions are removed or made unusable, the public player profile is de-identified and archived, and user-created messages, articles, comments and uploaded media are removed. Some pseudonymous records may be retained where reasonably required for fraud prevention, payment and transaction records, moderation disputes, legal obligations or game-integrity audits. Retained records are not used to keep the deleted account active.
